Allen Wagner 
President
Allen is a 1987 graduate of Harding University with a degree in Marketing, He has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, including the past 15 years as an estimator and project manager on all types of projects including schools, churches, doctor’s office buildings, banks and parks.
Allen is the president and senior estimator for Wagner General and is responsible for overseeing all estimating, marketing of new clients, directing all field operations, and ensuring quality control.
Lisa Wagner 
Secretary/Treasurer
Lisa is a 1987 graduate of Harding University, earning a degree in Business Management. She has worked in the construction industry for several years. Lisa specializes in bookkeeping, insurance, accounting, payroll and any other office related tasks.
Prior to the start of Wagner General, Lisa was an insurance agent for Morton Insurance for nine years. Her responsibilities included claims, sales, bookkeeping, payroll and customer service.
Ricky Cox 
Estimator/Project Manager
Ricky is a Project Manager and Estimator primarily responsible for oversight, estimating, contract administration and coordination of subs. Ricky has over 20 years experience as a supervisor/carpenter in the residential and commercial construction industries.
Ricky has experience with all forms of ground-up construction and is responsible for oversight of any residential work. He has a vast knowledge of both commercial/industrial as well as residential construction.
Dennis Allen 
Estimator/Project Manager
A magna cum laude graduate of Southwest Tennessee Community College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Dennis brings over 30 years experience in the engineering and construction fields. His past experience as a steel detailer, chief draftsman and head designer allow him to understand projects from design concept to finished product.
Dennis is project manager and estimator for Wagner General and is responsible for oversight, estimating, contract administration and coordination of subcontractors.
Sandra Wright 
Executive Assistant
Sandra has been an office manager for over 20 years. She has worked in the commercial construction industry for the past 10 years. She is highly competent in all aspects of construction documentation, contract procedures and compliance.
